Terms & Conditions
Last updated 11 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of Little Log, a private log for tracking a newborn's feeds, sleep, diapers, growth and how the two parents are doing. Little Log is operated by Ian Mackovski ("we", "us"), and by using it you are entering into an agreement with Ian Mackovski.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Little Log you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and you may delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete my data.
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country. If you are using Little Log on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. What the service is
Little Log is a personal tracking and general information tool for parents. It lets you log baby events and parent check-ins, view charts and computed summaries, optionally generate short AI summaries and insights, and optionally share a limited read-only view with people you choose.
Little Log does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Computed statistics and AI-written insights are informational only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and must not be relied on as a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Always consult your pediatrician or doctor, and contact emergency services in an emergency.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. Anyone you invite into your family can see and edit the family's logs, so only invite people you trust.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Little Log for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive, or to send spam;
- upload or share content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, scanning, scraping, rate-limit circumvention, or unauthorised access attempts;
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or sublicense the service, or circumvent technical or plan limits;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a child or family whose data you log.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you log. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process your content solely to provide the service to you (for example to compute your charts, render your share link if you enable one, or generate a recap when you ask for one). We do not sell your data.
6. Our intellectual property
We retain all rights in Little Log itself — the software, design, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have.
7. Free and Premium
Little Log is free to use with a rolling 14-day history window. Premium unlocks unlimited history, AI summaries and insights, and a private read-only share link for your family. It comes two ways: a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time, or a one-time purchase that never renews. If you cancel the monthly plan, Premium stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then your family returns to the free tier.
We may change what is included in the free tier for new families, but we will not remove the features your one-time Premium purchase unlocked.
8. Payment, billing and refunds
Payments, invoicing, taxes and refunds are handled by Paddle. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Availability
We work to keep Little Log available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or outages can happen.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When your family's data is deleted, it is removed permanently and cannot be recovered — export anything you want to keep first.
11. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Spain. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
